Chili with Veggies


1 lb. hamburger, browned 1 medium onion, chopped 2 garlic cloves, minced 1 chopped zucchini 1 chopped red bell pepper 1 chopped green bell pepper 4 c chopped tomatoes 1 15 oz can kidney beans, rinsed and drained 1 small can tomato paste 1 can chicken broth 1 c red wine 1 T chili powder 1 t salt 1 t pepper 1 T oregano 1 1/2 t cumin 2 T brown sugar dash red pepper 1 chipotle chili, chopped (optional)


Combine all ingredients in crock pot and cook on high for 4 hours, then switch to low for 4-6 more hours. Serve with grated cheese and sour cream on top.
