Chocolate Chess Pie

Ingredients

3 large eggs
3 T cocoa
1/8 t salt
1/2 stick butter, melted
1 1/3 c sugar
8 T evaporated milk (I’ve used sweetened condensed milk and it is good, too)
1 t vanilla

Preparation

In a blender, blend eggs and sugar.  Add cocoa, milk, salt, vanilla, and butter and blend until smooth.  Pour in pie shell and bake at 350 for 45 min.  I like to throw in some chocolate chips before baking.  It makes it even better!  Serve warm.
