Pam’s Chocolate Bark Delight
Ingredients
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Melt sugar and butter in saucepan . Boil for 3 minutes. Meanwhile, arrange saltines on tin foil covered cookie sheet (grease tin foil w/ Pam). Saltines should just cover the cookie sheet. Pour boiled butter and sugar over the saltines and put in the oven for 2-4 minutes. Saltines should start to get brown. Remove from oven. Pour chocolate morsels over the saltines. Chocolate will start to melt, then spread evenly over the saltines. Top with nuts and put in fridge for several hours. Break apart the cookies and eat or store. They store well in the freezer.
