Candied Chicken

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. mustard
1/2 c. ketchup
1 T. worchestire sauce
1/4 c. chopped onion (I forgot this, so I just sprinkled it with onion salt and garlic after it was ready to go in oven)
1/2 tsp. salt
6-8 chicken breasts (I used chicken tenders)

Preparation

Mix above ingredients together and then add 3/4 c. water. Bring to a boil & turn off heat. Dredge 6-8 chicken breasts in flour and brown in oil (I skipped this step!). Put chicken in a casserole dish (9x13) & pour sauce over chicken. Cover with foil and bake at 350 for 1 1/2 - 2 hours, uncover the last 15 minutes. -- I only baked it for about 30 min. or so on 375.

You can serve with rice or mashed potatoes -- yum!
