Ranch Chicken
Ingredients
You take a ziploc bag and empty almost an entire medium-sized carton of sour cream (almost 2 cups or so--I used fat free) into the bag. Then add one package of chicken tenders (whole chicken breasts would likely work as well). Then, add one package of ranch dressing mix. Mix together so all chicken is evenly coated. Marinate overnight in the refrigerator.
The next night when you are ready to serve... Take about 3 to 4 cups or so of corn flakes, put into a ziploc bag, and crush. Add about 1 to 2 cups parmesan cheese and mix together. Dip the chicken into the corn flake mixture and roll around until coated. Lay one layer thick on a baking dish. Bake at 350 for about 40 minutes (I baked at about 375 for a little less to speed things up) or until done. Enjoy!
