BTS Cake

Ingredients

(box cake mix from the grocery store) according to the directions on the box -- I usually make it in a 13 x 9 inch pan, but I think you can make it in a jelly roll pan or a cookie sheet, too. Right after you take it out of the oven, poke holes in it with the end of a wooden spoon or some other like object. Pour one can sweetened condensed milk over the cake (I've used fat free and it tastes good). Then, pour one jar of caramel ice cream topping over the cake. I like the Mrs. Richardson kind that is caramel / butterscotch, but whatever you find will be good. Some jars are bigger than others, of course the bigger ones make the cake more tasty. Refrigerate for a few hours (I usually refrigerate it overnight). When you're ready to serve the cake, spread a container of cool whip over the top of the cake. Then, sprinkle with crushed toffee bars (Heath, Skor, etc.) -- I usually crush up about 4 and sprinkle on the cake. Then, it's ready to serve and enjoy!
